Photography Package
Highlights
of our Photographic Service:
• Our photographers will be on location 20 mins prior to the event
• Take colour photographs of couples/groups, these photographs will be
available shortly after dinner is completed, and displayed for sale at £10.00
per 8”x 6” jumbo size mounted prints.
• Meanwhile, we will photograph each table during the early part of the
meal. These will not be available the same evening, but would need to be ordered
from our sales people at the table.
• We will also take photographs of speeches, awards etc. if required, but
we need confirmation of this beforehand. The only charge being per print ordered
at £10.00 each.
• Charity balls, a percentage from the sales will be donated to the charity
cause.
• Within 48 hours, we upload the formal images to our secure e-commerce
web gallery for your guests to view and purchase.
• Portable studio set-up available.
• There is no attendancy fee payable for the above package *

| Photography Standard attendance rates are as follows: First hour – £165.00 Second and each subsequent hours – £65.00 |
